- Contact
references by phone and by mail
- Perform
background checks (if needed)
- Perform
credit checks (if needed)
- Verify
licensure and liability insurance (if necessary)
- Perform
knowledge evaluations by multiple types of testing (coding, medical
terminology, etc.)
Once candidates are screened, Resource Medical will arrange
for interviews with you. Imagine the
time saved reviewing résumés, calling prospects, only to find that one out of
five meet the qualifications. Our fees
are based on the annual salary of the employee and will not be charged unless
and until you hire the right person.Our recruitment manager has been in the healthcare industry
for twenty years. We are well aware of
what it takes to be a "performer". We
will not recommend someone for you to hire that we would not employ ourselves.
